Mahanati 13 Days Collections 2 Weeks Box Office Total Business Report : Mollywood superstar Salmaan Dalquer starrer latest Malayalam language celluloid ‘Mahanati’, which has also been released in Telugu language, grossed a total income of Rs 55 crore at the global box office. The multi-starrer drama movie garnered Rs 30.4 crore at India’s box office in 1st week. The south Indian flick is predicted to cross Rs 40 crore mark at the box office in 2 weeks.
As the film has been also dubbed in Malayalam as well as Tamil languages, it has gained a comfortable response in Malayalam and Tamil speaking states. Featuring Rajendra Prasad, Samantha Akkineni, Vijay Devarakonda and Bhanupriya in the prominent roles, the multilingual celluloid raked in an amount of Rs 6.8 crore at Nizam Box Office. The south Indian film made a business of Rs 5.20 crore at Andhra Box office.
Receiving decent response from the moviegoers in Ceded region of Andhra Pradesh state, the south Indian flick made a business of Rs 1.10 crore at Ceded Box office. The offering showcased worst performance in this region as it received very low response from the film-watchers residing there. In Karnataka, the film’s performance was appreciable as it succeeded in impressing a huge number of audience in Kannada speaking state. The south Indian offering garnered Rs 1.5 crore at Kannada Box office.
The celluloid continued perform excellently in other south Indian regions. In Tamil Nadu, Tamil version of the flick received decent response from the audiences. Although the movie did not succeed in attracting a massive number of eyeballs in the Tamil speaking state, it ended up earning a huge monetary profit of Rs 1.2 crore. Performing well in the global market, ‘Mahanati’ minted a total collection of Rs 11.1 crore at US Box office.
